Shipping
We believe in being clear & open with our shipping charges. All prices on our product pages exclude shipping, which is added when you go to checkout your Cart. We have the following shipping options:
FREE COLLECTION:
Your order can usually be collected from our manufacturing site within 24 hrs of placing your order (weekdays only). Simply select ‘Local pickup’ when you are completing your order.
Once you have received your notification that your order is ready, please bring a copy of your order number to our collection window and your order will be handed to you inline with social distancing requirements.

COURIER DELIVERY
Wherever possible, subject to the couriers availability, we offer next day delivery as standard to all applicable areas.
If we receive orders before 11am we can usually dispatch goods that day for delivery next day (Monday - Friday). However, please be aware that the ongoing pandemic can sometimes affect the standard delivery times that our couriers are able to offer.

Surcharges:
Our courier operates a zonal surcharge to certain postcodes. The surcharge will show in the shipping section when you complete your order and is based on your postcode and the weight of the total order.
