Our Endurocide® Curtains are impregnated with a patented liquid formulation that traps pathogens on the surface of the curtain, helping to prevent the fabric from becoming a source of pathogenic transmission.

International Standards

Endurocide® Antimicrobial & Sporicidal Curtains have been tested in accordance with the following European Standards: 

• Enveloped Viruses to EN 14476 - against Human Coronavirus, Measles virus. H1N1 Influenza A virus (Swine Flu) *

• Bacteria to ISO 20743,CG 147, JIS Z 2801, AATCC 147 AATCC 100 - against Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter baumannii (CMA), Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRA) Enterococcus hirae, Escherichia coli, Extended Spectrum Beta-lactamase (ESBL) Escherichia coli, Extended Spectrum Beta-lactamase (ESBL) Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella choleraesuis, Salmonella typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE)

Disclaimer: Whilst Endurocide® Antimicrobial & Sporicidal Curtains have been independently tested to be antimicrobially and sporicidally effective, the actual length of curtain use achieved will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; individual hospital practices, the natural longevity of polypropylene and the risk of the curtain being soiled from items such as blood, urine and general spills etc.  Curtains should always be replaced when visibly soiled.
